The National Comedy Center ships Monday - Friday 10am-5pm EST. Orders placed before 3pm EST during the week are typically shipped the same day. All orders are shipped from Jamestown, NY with the exception of a few clothing and home goods that are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Domestic orders are shipped priority, packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the date shipped.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local post office for any questions about missing packages.
What are the shipping rates?
Contiguous U.S.: For any order shipping to the contiguous 48 states that totals up to $19.99 shipping is $8.95, up to $49.99 it is $10.95, up to $99.99 is $14.95, up to $149.99 is $18.95. Rush shipping is also an option for varied prices.
Outside the Contiguous U.S.: We charge a standard flat rate for countries other than the U.S. If the actual shipping charge is more than what was charged, the customer must pay the difference or the order will be cancelled.
Members: Members receive free domestic shipping on online orders.
No shipping fees will be refunded to you if you choose to return your order.
More Information on International Shipping
Shipping times are not guaranteed for international orders. We cannot guarantee this due to customs. No refunds will be given for international shipping under any circumstances.
Rush Shipping
If you choose rush shipping, the order will be shipped Monday - Friday. Ordered placed after 2pm EST will be mailed the next business day.
Return Shipping
We do not pay for return shipping.
